Who we are. Rowantoft is operated by Dueford Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 09359050), registered office Coltwood House, 2 Tongham Road, Runfold, Farnham, GU10 1PH. What this service does. Rowantoft shows estimated sale prices, rents and rental yields for UK postcode areas, calculated from published government data. You can use it without creating an account.

What we collect when you use the free checker. We do not ask for your name, email address or any account details. When you submit a postcode, the postcode and any price or rent you enter are used to produce your result and are not stored. Our systems record the following for security and to keep the service working: a one-way hashed form of your IP address, used to limit the rate of requests and discarded within 24 hours; standard server logs (time, page requested, response code, browser type) kept for up to 30 days; and a bot-check token issued by Cloudflare Turnstile, which is used once and not retained by us.

Why we process this data. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)): protecting the service from abuse and keeping it available. We have assessed that this processing is minimal, expected by users of any website, and does not override your rights.

Who processes data on our behalf. Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the service and provides the bot check. Data is stored in Cloudflare's European Union locations and processed under Cloudflare's data processing terms, which include the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. We use no analytics services and no advertising services.

Cookies. See the Cookies page. The only item set in your browser is a Cloudflare security token used to confirm you are not a bot. It is strictly necessary for the service and does not track you across sites.

Property data. The sale prices shown come from HM Land Registry Price Paid Data and are published records of property transactions, not personal data about users of this site. We publish them aggregated to postcode sector, rounded to the nearest £1,000 and the month of sale, and we never publish an address.

Your rights. You have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability where it applies. Because we store almost nothing about visitors, most requests will be answered by confirming that we hold no data that identifies you. Write to support@dueford.com. We respond within one month.

Complaints. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please contact us first at support@dueford.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes. When we add accounts or paid features, this notice will be updated before those features go live, and the date above will change.
